The 2005 review was right about the seasonal campsites - but unfortunately I didn't read RV Park Reviews before we booked! Many of the sites were not well-kept and the RVs were in disrepair. (I don't mean old, I mean falling apart!) The beach appeared OK but we didn't swim that weekend. The weirdest thing was what happened at night - I don't know where everyone went, but it didn't look like anyone was at their campers (even though many fires were left burning unattended) and we didn't find anyone congregated in common areas when we walked around. The seasonal campers didn't seem as friendly as other campgrounds we've been at. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The facilities are aged. The campground is occupied by about 90% permant sites. Some of the sites were very trashy. Would not have stayed if any thing else was available. Dot not recommend this campground to anyone. We camped here in a Motorhome.
