Rose Beach is a very clean, quite campground. It only has 50 sites. They do not have a playground. Salisbury Beach is near by, about a mile away. Nice friendly staff. We will return. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This is a small park! We arrived in a group of five 36' fifth wheels. We called ahead to get clearance to come in early and the owner was there to greet us, get us off the street and to park us individually. The park was immaculate and the folks were most welcoming. The facilities were great. . . the voltage was good and the water pressure was good. You will park on concrete pads for the rig. There is lovely grass for the picnic table. Great quiet park!!! We would definitely go there again!!! We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.

I agree with earlier posts - this is a very nice CG for bigger rigs. The brochure states that they allow motorhomes and 5ers. Staff is accommodating and friendly. Late season rate was $35, much less than in season ($51). These rates include extended cable, 3 point hookups, free Wifi. Satellite reception depends on the site. We had no trouble getting in without a reservation mid week in September for a stay through the weekend. 42.84050N 70.83513W We camped here in a Motorhome.

This campground was tacky the minute we pulled in with artificial flowers stuck in the ground. There was trash left on our site, and was almost impossible to maneuver with trees. There were no activities and no way to set up our satellite with all the trees. They even charge for the showers. We were glad we only stayed two nights. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

This place was horrible. The people were rude and miserable. You could only have 1 tent per site so all of our friends had to pay for different sites. The sites were covered in wood chips and there was a highway so close we could hear cars going by! The showers were coin operated and barely worked. Despite the bad sites the worst part was by far how rude the owners were-really miserable people! This place was basically a trailer park-never give them your business they don't deserve it! We camped here in a Tent.

The only good thing I can say was they have a super playground. Now for the negatives: 1) There is no camp store. There are not even soda machines available. 2) The sites are very tight. 3) There were many seasonal/permanent campers many of which were in need of repair. 4) They allow dogs but, judging from the staffs attitudes, don't really like them. 5) The sites are mulch so many were muddy. I saw a class A who couldn't back into his spot as he kept sinking in the mud. We were only there 1 night and that was enough! We camped here in a Motorhome.

What a great park! Most site are the largest we've see. Most have trees, shrubs separating you from your neighbor. Nice (but small) arcade with video games, pool table, ping pong, pin ball machines. Nice pool. Volleyball court, mini golf, shuffleboard, horseshoes, basketball court, teatherball even a kiddie playground/sandbox all right on site. Pizza house right next door. About 10 minute drive to Salisbury State Park & Hampton Beach. Very strict about 10pm quiet time. Many seasonals who are very friendly. No cable TV or wifi, but hey, we're camping, right! Love all the trees. They really give you a sense of privacy. All in all a great spot! One of the nicest we've ever been to. We will be back again and again! We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

The day we arrived we saw trash bags falling from the overflowing dumpers and no one in the registration office was aware there was an issue. Once we notified the office, the dumpers were emptied that same day. Four dumpers near the dump station were inaccessible due to a large wet muddy road that crossed in front of them that should have been paved. The dump station design was from the 1920s and not maintained or cleaned. Just point your dump hose toward the horizontal grate and hope it all goes down. The bath houses looked so unkempt from the outside with weathered paint that we chose not to go inside. Other than a trooper that drives through once a night, we saw little effort to maintain this wonderful river front and ocean front campground. In addition to the daily camping fee, there is also a one time transaction fee of $9.25. They give away their few 50 sites to campers in tents and/or small trailers that don't need 50 amp service. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This is a very nice campground. We have stayed here for the past 4 years. It is very clean and comfortable. The host campers are amazing. It is patrolled by policemen on horseback. I only wish we didn't have to make our reservations so far in advance. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.

We liked this park! --- wide open, level, sunny paved sites with easy beach access. There is a boat launch. Excellent bicycling into Salisbury beach. Power is only 30 amp, but worked fine, no problems. Mid week in June, the park is mostly empty. It will be completely full Saturday evening. If it had 50 amp, WiFi, and sewer, we could give it a 10. We camped here in a Motorhome.

This place is ok. Close to Salisbury beach. The site we had was very tight. Not a whole lot of room to move around, trailers and tents just looked like they were put whichever way anyone wanted them. Quiet hours were from 11pm to 7 am which no one enforced them. We have a young baby and the people in the next site were up drinking all night and loud. Some people even had their dogs barking for all hours of the night. I wouldn't recommend this campground unless you are into partying until the early morning hours. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
