Very nice people running this fair ground, now used for Flea market one week per month. They over night camping or long term, however must remember it is not a RV park. Close to highway I-10 with fast food within walking distance of the grounds. Most of the sites are very old, the pull thru sites are new with updated utilities. It makes a good over night stop after a long day of driving. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
The park sits behind the motel in front but is separated by a grassy area. There are concrete pads for the RV's and grassy areas between each RV that are well kept. Full strength Wi-Fi does reach to the pad sites and a password is required for access. Easily the best bargain in town as others do not have wifi available and are either all grass or dirt pads. The only down note is there are no showers or restrooms available to RV travelers however there is an laundry room on site. Easy reached just off I-10. We camped here in a Fifth Wheel.
Very safe. Nice place to camp out for the night. Nice R.V pads, friendly staff, and most of all very clean. We camped here in a Motorhome.

Concrete pads, restrooms and such are in the attached motel, what we saw of that was very nice and clean. We just got our 40 foot MH with a Grand Cherokee on the site. No fun here for kids but for overnight or a base of operations it would be fine. We only stayed overnight. We camped here in a Motorhome.
This "park" is really a field with hookups at the rear of a motel. Every site is pull-thru. They advertise a WiFi system in the Trailer Life directory, but it doesn't actually reach the park -- you have to sit in the lobby to use it. The receptionist sits behind bulletproof glass, which gives the traveler in an aluminum-skinned RV a warm feeling. They have no restrooms or showers for campers, much less a pool. Campers can use the laundry room, which is a small, mosquito-infested closet (one washer, one dryer, and the dryer actually vents INSIDE the room). It was an adequate and economical "place to park" for a single night on the way to a better destination, but that's about it. Next trip through, I'll be looking for somewhere else. We camped here in a Travel Trailer.
